A schoolbook. A handful of leaves. A meal made from make-believe. The story of mani mana starts with the things we never quite outgrew.
01 · Our name
Our name comes from the Thai elementary schoolbooks generations of children grew up with. It brings back a time when an ordinary afternoon could become anything.
We played at cooking. Leaves, flowers and soil became ingredients; imagination did the rest. Some flavors still take us straight back to that feeling.
Our lotus and leaf characters carry that playfulness into the world of mani mana.
02 · A way of caring
In Thailand, this is more than a question about food. It’s how we check in. How we welcome someone. How we make room for them.
We want you to feel that care whether you have a few minutes for lunch or a whole evening to spend at the table.
03 · The whole table
A spicy dish with soup. Something fresh alongside something rich. Thai meals bring different flavors together, with dishes placed in the center for everyone to enjoy.
It’s the way we grew up eating, and the way we invite you to dinner.

We stay close to Thai flavors, ingredients and craft, while finding new ways for you to enjoy them. A little imagination, grounded in care.
