These terms apply when you use manimanamiami.com or the mani mana app, place an order or join Mani Points. The site is run by Mani Mana LLC (“mani mana”, “we”). By using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
Ordering online
- Prices are in US dollars and include the menu price of your choices. Sales tax and any delivery fee are shown before you pay.
- Menu items, prices and hours can change, and some items are only served at certain times. If you order something we can’t make, we’ll offer a swap or refund that item.
- Your order is accepted when you see the confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if there’s a pricing error, the kitchen can’t fulfill it, or we suspect fraud.
- Ready times are estimates. Please collect your order at the counter soon after it’s ready; food is best fresh, and we can’t hold orders past closing.
- Delivery, where offered, is limited to the area and fee shown at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by Square. You authorize us to charge the total shown when you tap Pay. If you save a card, Square stores it for your next order, and you can choose another payment method at any checkout.
If something’s wrong
If an item is missing or not right, tell us the same day at (786) 981-8885 or info@manimanamiami.com. We’ll make it right with a remake, a credit or a refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Allergens and spice
Our kitchen cooks with peanuts, shellfish, fish and fish sauce, eggs, dairy, soy, gluten and other allergens. The “Contains” and dietary notes on our menu describe each recipe, but shared equipment means we can’t promise any dish is free of an allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering. Heat is part of Thai cooking: chili dots show how hot an ingredient is, and a bowl with several spicy picks will be spicier.
Mani Points
Mani Points is our free rewards program, run on Square Loyalty. You earn points on eligible purchases and can redeem rewards as shown in your account. Points and rewards have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and are personal to the phone number on the account. We may change or end the program, its rewards or earning rates, and we’ll post changes on the site. We may remove points earned by mistake or through misuse.
Your account and texts
You sign in with a one-time code texted to your phone. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can read your texts can sign in as you. By signing in, you agree to receive that code and, while signed in, texts when your orders are ready. Message and data rates may apply. Turn off order texts in your account settings or reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
Our content
The mani mana name, logo, illustrations, photos and text on the site belong to us or the artists who license them to us. Please don’t copy them for commercial use. Some food images are illustrations of our recipes, so the dish you receive may look a little different.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no fraudulent orders or payments, no attempts to break into accounts or our systems, and no automated scraping or ordering. We may suspend access or cancel orders when this happens.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
